We are a dynamic and rapidly growing professional services firm in the Channel Islands, committed to driving business growth and enhancing sales performance. We are seeking a motivated and strategic-thinking Business Development and Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. This role, which will report to the Crown Dependencies Head of Clients and Markets, will play a crucial part in helping us shape our sales strategies, empower our sector leads, and identify new business opportunities to accelerate growth.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of BD and sales enablement experience, strong data analytical skills and preferably an understanding of Asset Management and/or the Financial Services industry.
