ALL ROUND CHEF - SOUS CHEF LEVEL

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and hard-working EXPERIENCED ALL ROUND CHEF with proven people management skills to join our friendly team.
Our Head Chef is passionate about the business & has been working with us for 7 years. We are looking for someone to work all year round who is reliable,organised and calm under pressure. Our seasonal kitchen team of 4 join us from Mar-Oct.

The Lookout is a busy popular beachside restaurant/cafe with 100 covers inside & alfresco.
We offer a regular working pattern, mixture of day &evening shifts to enable a good work life balance. Sea views from our kitchen. (Day shifts from 7am/ 8am to 3pm, evening shifts 12 noon or 3pm to 9/10pm. Good rate of pay £33k to £35k plus share of tips & food while on duty.
