Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the Finance Operations Manager in delivering financial aspects of strategic objectives. This role provides financial, commercial, and advisory support to Skipton, focusing on trends and analyses of the external environment and bringing different perspectives to help the Executive team view leading-edge practices.

Key Accountabilities

Partner with business units to deliver strategic objectives
Provide input to the Corporate Plan and Quarterly Forecasts
Formulate and monitor KPIs
Liaise with Balance Sheet Risk and Financial Reporting teams.

Essential Requirements

Degree or equivalent experience
Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA)
5+ years in a senior finance role
3+ years in finance business partnering.
