As a Chef De Rang, you will be responsible for running a station in our distinguished 3 AA Rosette restaurant, which seats up to 65 covers. You will work alongside an experienced and dedicated team, delivering the highest quality, discreet service to our valued guests.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef De Rang in a 5* hotel is essential.
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Basic wine and spirit knowledge is beneficial.
Experience working with cheeses is advantageous.
Good English Language skills.
Benefits
