Peripatetic Manager

LV Care Group are looking for a Peripatetic Manager to provide operational support for Senior Management, including the Clinical Director, & assume responsibility for our Care Homes that have no Manager, as & when required. The Peripatetic Manager will shadow Managers within each of our Homes & Home Care areas across the Group, getting to know our residents & staff, in both Jersey & the Isle of Man. They will also provide observational reports to the Clinical Director & Senior Management.

They will lead a team and be responsible for ensuring the whole facility operates effectively, and of course ensuring we deliver the very best quality care and service.
