Andersons Quennevais are seeking a Customer Assistant to come and join the team.
The below points form a small part of this role;
• Provide the customer with an up to date knowledge of products and services;
• Merchandising new products;
• Use of tills and other equipment most accurately and efficiently;
• Ensure shelves are stocked with products and faced appropriately;
• Handle customer complaints and route their needs to the appropriate personnel;
• Supporting the Management team with Admin duties as required;
• Follow approved procedures for receiving products and restocking.
