Head of Quality

Northern Leaf Plc, a leading company in the medical cannabis industry, is seeking a Head of Quality to oversee quality assurance and compliance efforts across production and processing. The Head of Quality will be responsible for ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance, both domestically and internationally. This role will involve leading quality programs, conducting audits, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and compliance in the cannabis industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, EU GMP auditing, and international cannabis regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in training and team management.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on technical documentation and reporting.
