Role will include assessment scheduling and client onboarding, fee raising & collection and debtor management. Provision of strong leadership to care staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Setting clear performance expectations & goals for staff members, providing feedback & coaching to support professional development. Undertaking the HR functions required to ensure effectiveness & wellbeing of care staff. Monitoring of KPIs and financial metrics to track business performance. Working with the Registered Manager to address client concerns or complaints. Creating and maintaining relationships with key referral sources, such as social services. Participating in community events to raise awareness of the business. Developing and managing the operating budget, including revenue projections, expense management & resource allocation.
