We're looking for an experienced Operations & Projects Manager to oversee the delivery of solar and roofing projects across residential, commercial, and construction sectors.
This leadership role involves managing B2B projects from pre-construction to handover, coordinating internal teams, and supporting the design and sales function. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, lead project execution, and help drive operational efficiency. A background in construction or contracting is essentialā€”solar experience is a bonus, with training provided.
You'll also support business development, help improve processes, and contribute to the companyā€™s growth in Jerseyā€™s renewable energy sector.
