Our Reservations & Events department require an individual with a professional, bright and friendly attitude. You will need to have good interpersonal skills and a ‘ can do ‘ approach to administrative work.
You will need to assist with the processing of enquiries for hotel room reservations, and prepare and process documents, letters, emails, signage and filing. You will also assist in processing information relating to groups & events, both internally and externally.
You will need to have an excellent level of spoken and written English, excellent attention to detail and accuracy. General computer literacy is essential, with a good knowledge of Microsoft office, especially word and excel.
You will need to have some administrative & event experience, within a hotel or hospitality environment.
