Lobby Host

We are currently recruiting for a part time Lobby Host at L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa.
The role of a Lobby Host is to work as part of the front office team, and be committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining Hand Picked Hotels luxury standards, consistently delivering exceptional service, putting the guest at the heart of all activities.
You will greet guests on arrival, organise luggage, offer a valet service ensuring the utmost security at all times.
Assisting with any guests requests whenever required, making thoughtful and knowledgeable recommendations, tailored to the individual guests.
Building effective relationships to create a positive working environment will be a key requirement to ensure the success of the department and team.
An extensive knowledge of the island, tourist attractions, restaurants and local events.
