The Shelter Trust is a charity which provides accommodation, support and a way forward for Jersey's homeless community. We support individuals age 16+ across eight sites.

The role of Relief Support Worker is interesting, varied and rewarding. The post-holder will conduct a range of duties in support of the Trust's service users. Relief Support Workers play a vital role in providing service users with safe and clean accommodation, food and support.

As a Relief Support Worker, the ability to work as part of a team and be able to build professional relationships with service users that are supportive and non-judgmental is essential.

Previous experience in a similar role is not necessary as full training will be provided.

Shifts available include day or night shifts, full shifts or part shifts during the week and/or weekends.
