Foreperson

The Parish of Grouville is a busy rural parish with Gorey common, a Parish Church and graveyard, Maison Le Maistre and the St Peter La Rocque Chapel within the portfolio of spaces and properties to look after. We seek a motivated and organised person to follow an ever-evolving list of daily duties, weekly responsibilities and monthly projects to ensure our Parish realm stays open for business. This role leads a team of two to maintain, clean, upkeep and repair all aspects of the Parish roads, property and spaces. You must be able to evidence certificates in and experience of a year-round outdoor role, using heavy machinery, clearing drains or sorting out flooded areas, mowing, strimming and grave digging including a current van driving licence (category B).
