The following tasks will be required of you. The list is non-exclusive and your administrative assistance to all aspects of work undertaken by Benest & Syvret will be required from time to time.
Client Take On
• Starting files/take on procedure etc for all new entities – Sales/ Purchases / Leases / Private lending etc.
• Scanning all documents to matter including take on forms and KYC for all clients ensuring all contact information from the client take on form with check with the information on our systems and any new information is keyed accurately in accordance with our procedures.
• Conflict / sanctions checks and Source of Funds
• Opening matters when signed off for files has been completed
• Taking initial enquiry details over the phone
• Updating Conveyancing database and circulating prior to weekly meeting
• Drafting Fee Notes
