Health Care Assistant - Community

LV Community are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join the team on a Full-Time basis, to be responsible for providing care to Service users, that require all range of support and care in the community, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a care team to provide high-quality care to our clients, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.
-To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances.
- To carry out personal care tasks as specified within the Care Plan(s), to enhance & support the independence of Service Users.
