Retail, Reception and Ranger

Work throughout the park in a number of areas.
Report any customer concerns and comments to the Park Manager and liaise accordingly.
Support in the training of new staff on the current systems and procedures ensuring continuity in the park, reception and retail areas.
Assist customers with walk in entry, memberships, group enquiries and general enquiries and concerns.
Run end of day ensuring that the tills balance and sufficient till change is available for the following day.
To liaise and communicate effectively with the Duty Manager, Maintenance Manager and Catering Manager to deliver an excellent customer experience.
To ensure exceptional levels of health and safety including cleanliness, tidiness and repair, in keeping with current legislation.
Deliver an aMaizin! experience to everyone who walks through our doors!!
