Senior Care Assistant

La Haule Care Home are expanding their team. We have a Senior Carer position available, the successful candidate should be experienced in administering medications have knowledge of person centered care planning. Experience of working with those who have dementia is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Consideration will be given to experienced holders of a Care Level 2 qualification who demonstrates the ability and motivation to achieve Level 3. Excellent communication in both verbal
and written English is essential as is an approachable and compassionate nature. The ability to lead and support the team. A rolling rota of 3 days one week and 4 days the next is in place which enables planning for family and social life. The role is primarily day shift however covering night duty is also part of the role to cover holidays.
