Support Worker

We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our supportive and close-knit team. In this role, you'll help provide high-quality support that promotes health and independence for our residents, ensuring compliance with Jersey Care Commission Regulatory Standards.
We’re seeking someone with excellent communication skills, empathy, and a desire to make a difference. A level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable, however a willingness to pursue this qualification is also welcomed. We are open to applications from all backgrounds and value lived experience too.
