Care Assistant- Night Duty

La Haule are looking to add to their growing night team. The successful candidate should be experienced in working with those who have dementia however, not essential as training will be provided. The successful candidate will participate in the delivery of quality care to residents in line with the Care Home’s standards and will understand the need to promote privacy, dignity and independence while treating all residents with respect. The successful candidate will be able to communicate and interact well with residents and others and demonstrate an empathy and understanding of the needs of older people living with Dementia. A rolling rota of 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next is in place which enables planning for family and social life.
