Care Assistant

We are seeking someone to join our Care Team in providing care to our residents. Whilst some experience or care qualifications would be an advantage, consideration would be given to an applicant who demonstrates a keen interest in training and development in this service. A staff development programme is in place and customised to meet individual staffs' needs and career progression. A good standard of spoken English is essential for communicating with our residents and colleagues, as is an approachable and compassionate nature.
A shift rota is in place which makes easy planning for personal and family time. An excellent pay and conditions of service package is in place which includes the opportunity to join the Company Pension scheme.
