Under 25's Employment Coordinator

Are you passionate about helping prepare young people towards work? We are looking for an Employment Coordinator to work in our Under 25’s team, with a caseload of clients, supporting them in all aspects of their job seeking. You will have the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, be able identify training and employment opportunities suited to a specific person's needs, provide advice and guidance on reasonable adjustments to both clients & employers, and signpost clients towards relevant external support services.
