Change Management Specialist

Responsibilities include supporting the Transformation Project Manager in the following areas:
• Change Management
- Collaborate with the project delivery team to drive the successful delivery of technology solutions that align with our firm's strategy of being a leading technology-enabled professional services firm.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the adoption and integration of new technology solutions across the business.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and assess the impact of changes on individuals, teams, and the organisation as a whole.
- Provide coaching and support to project teams and leaders to build change management capabilities and ensure effective implementation of change initiatives.
