In your first few weeks in this Manager (Corporate Services) role, you can expect to:

Maintain and develop client relationships for which you are the key client contact
Engage with third parties, client advisors and intermediaries
Work with the team director to ensure the development of the underlying administration team
Monitor adherence to client service level agreements SLAs and implementation of customer-specific procedures CSPs
Ensure that client service tasks are planned and executed accurately and on time
