We are seeking a Company Secretarial Administrator to join our Jersey office.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for company secretarial and associated administrative duties for the entities administered by Trident Trust Company Limited.
Producing minutes, issuing of notices, maintenance of statutory records.
Responsibility for maintaining company secretarial statutory records for entities administered by Trident Trust Company Limited.
Maintaining various registers as required.
Assist the Team with the preparation of the Annual Confirmation Statements.
