Chef

We are looking for a motivated chef to join our busy growing cafe kiosk, selling a mixture of breakfast items, wraps and daily specials. The role requires an experienced chef who undertands the need to prepare and deliver hot quality food consistently in a busy environment. Experience in using a griddle will be an advantage. Qualifications in food hygiene is not essential, but hospitality experience, with a good grasp on HACCP, stock control and food hygiene is essential.
Hours are at present 8-2.30 Monday to Friday- but flexibilty may be required as the business grows. Good rate of pay to the right candidiate.
