Manager, Corporate Services

CSC is a leading, privately-owned, financial services provider with a presence of over 280 people in our Jersey office. We're seeking a Manager for our Corporate Services team in Jersey.

This full-time, permanent role involves managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, including private equity, unlisted capital, and global corporate mandates. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing a team, providing technical support, handling complex cases, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance. You’ll also contribute to business development and support client relationships through excellent service.

Candidates should be experienced managers with a background in regulated financial services, ideally CGI qualified or equivalent. Strong communication, leadership, and business development skills are also essential.
