CSC is a leading, privately-owned, financial services provider with a presence of over 280 people in our Jersey office. We're seeking an Assistant Manager for our Executive Compensation team in Jersey.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of incentive structures, with a focus on private equity arrangements. Responsibilities include overseeing client transactions, mentoring junior staff, managing workloads, and supporting business development. You’ll work closely with key clients, advisors, and internal teams, while having the chance to specialize in areas like technical expertise, team management, or onboarding.
Ideal candidates will be working towards a professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/ICSA/STEP), and have experience in management incentive plans, and possess strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
