Chef de Partie

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a couple to join our team the positions are Chef De Partie and a housekeeper.
St Brelade’s Bay Hotel is located on the beachfront of the magnificent St Brelade’s Bay Beach and
is one of Jersey’s top four star hotels. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to work within our experienced kitchen department The role is full time.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate, have an eye for detail . You will either be a current chef de partie or higher chef role.
Shift working patterns will include weekends, two days off per week.
If you are passionate about hospitality and have previous experience working as Chef De Partie in a fast-paced and high volume restaurant or hotel, then we want to hear from you.
