The role of the Nursery Nurse includes supporting delivery of the Healthy Child programme such as child development reviews and promoting health and independence by supporting clients with activities of daily living and undertaking.
You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team to support clients to achieve planned care goals
Essentially you must have an NVQ, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Child Care and a minimum of GCSE Maths and English. You will be able to evidence that you have an understanding of working in a way that reflects a child centred approach and a comprehensive knowledge of children's rights, participatory needs and interests. Own transport essential.
