Project Manager

The role holder will assume responsibility for overseeing, developing, and coordinating the Outreach Service that connects ‘rough sleepers’ and individuals at risk of homelessness to the support and services available across the Trust and externally.

The Outreach Service is wide ranging in terms of its support, including, connecting with individuals who have recently been housed, for example, resettlement clients, helping them maintain their accommodation and providing ongoing support with independent living skills.

In working alongside individuals within the community, the focus will be providing them with access to the right support and services to enable them to remain in their accommodation, focusing on the preventative support required to minimise the number of individuals returning to the Trust or persons accessing the Trust for the first time.
