Door Engineer

Duties/Responsibilities:
Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
Compile reports to inform what parts are required to carry out the necessary repair.
Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician, but can discuss with relevant manufacturers' technical departments to identify and pinpoint faults.
Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
Knowledge of general mechanical engineering and general repairs.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
