Health Club & Spa Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a Health Club & Spa Receptionist at L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. The role of our Health Club & Spa receptionist is to welcome and engage with our members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service through greeting them on arrival, answering phone calls, responding to emails and booking them in for treatments & classes.
Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel, health club & spa and treatments on offer and provide thoughtful recommendations, tailored to each guest to help create magical memories. Full time role 40 hours per week, £13.82 per hour plus share of service charge and benefits.
