Our team is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for those we serve, and we are looking for an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join us in our mission.

As the Deputy Home Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the care home. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance with regulations, and the overall well being of our residents.

Qualifications:
NVQ/RQF Level 3 in Health and Social Care; Level 5 Leadership & Management preferred.
Proven experience in a senior role within a care home setting.
Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A commitment to providing person-centered care.
