Executive Director of Finance, Strategy & Change

The successful candidate will deliver the following outcomes:
› Strong financial management and control – direct accountability for the finance function, leading the team in all aspects of the financial cycle along with building financial and commercial capability across the whole of the JFSC
› Balancing investment, service and efficiency – effectively managing the finances of the JFSC, including fee cycles, to balance the need for internal investment to maintain Jersey’s position as a well-regulated and attractive IFC with the need to be efficient – showing value for money
› Strategic creation and enablement – with executive colleagues and the Board, shape a strategic direction that underpins regulatory effectiveness, innovation, high performance, future readiness and the competitiveness of Jersey as an IFC
