Full Stack Developer

We’re seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join our team, focusing on building
and maintaining web applications with a strong emphasis on both backend development using Ruby
on Rails and contributing to frontend components built with React. A background in Test-Driven
Development (TDD) is essential, as we prioritise clean, reliable, and scalable code.

At Enhance, we're a small (but mighty!) team building and improving our flagship application Mosaic.
You'll work alongside product managers, designers, and other developers to conceive and build
features and improvements, primarily using Ruby on Rails and React.

We believe in agility, iteration, continual improvement, and continuous deployment. We use modern
development workflows based on GitHub, pull requests, code reviews, and automated tooling to
optimise productivity.
