KIG Head of Managed Services

?We are searching for a Head of Managed Services who will lead the KIG Managed Services activities including onshore and offshore teams. You will provide strategic leadership, oversight and management for the team, as well as be responsible for Business Development along with the individual Service Line Leads. You will be responsible for overseeing and reporting to the KIG Advisory ExCo on Managed Services budget, risk and regulations, client management, delivery and talent management. You will be required to establish a well performing operation that meets agreed customer service levels, drive productivity improvements and achieve operational excellence as measured internally and against external benchmarks.
