A unique opportunity for a dedicated Superintendent Pharmacist to join a busy, friendly community-based pharmacy.

Responsibilities –
1. Professional, clinical management of the pharmacy
2. Administration of the sale and supply of medicines
3. Delivery of advanced services
4. Delivery of company targets, staff management and patient safety
5. Leading the team, ensuring compliance of standard operating procedures
6. Coaching, mentoring of trainees

About you -
1. 3 to 5 years' experience in a retail/hospital pharmacy
2. Superintendent level preferred, deputy level considered
3. Registered with relevant pharmacy regulator
4. Proven, safe clinical practice skills including vaccination
5. Prescribing experience desirable
6. Exceptional leadership qualities: proven ability to motivate and develop a team
