Level 2 Mental Health Support Worker

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Your role is to assist service users in maintaining their independence, well-being, and quality of life through tailored support plans. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, families, and other support networks to promote recovery and emotional well-being.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification).

Experience working in a residential or community mental health setting.

Training in de-escalation techniques, suicide prevention, or trauma-informed care.

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (if applicable).
