Our Parish Hall services cover Rates, Driving Licenses, Liquor and Dog Licenses. Working closely with the Executive Officer this new role will assist in leading our team across Shared Services, Finance, Property, Health & Safety and HR. You will drive daily operations, oversee financial, regulatory, and compliance tasks, and head initiatives like election support and team projects.
We need strong administrative experience but it need not be from a Parish setting. You should be qualified in CAT accounting or advanced bookkeeping, in a business of turnover exceeding £3m; plus proven leadership skills, delivering exceptional customer service and driving team excellence with an appetite to learn all relevant laws and protocols. Starting salary from £55 - 60k
