Nursery Room Leader

An exciting opportunity for a full time Team Leader – Level 3 to join our amazing team at La Petite Ecole (St Marks Road). We believe in fostering creativity, curiosity, and independence in every child, and we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Room Leader to join our enthusiastic team. As a Room Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of your assigned room, ensuring high standards of care and education. You will lead a team of practitioners, supporting their professional development, while ensuring that the children’s needs are met in a safe and inspiring environment.

About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about early years education and is excited to lead a team. The ideal candidate will have:
A relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent (essential).
Previous experience working in a nursery settings
