IT Support & Cloud Infrastructure Executive

The IT Support & Cloud Executive will report to the Regional Head of IT in Europe and form part of the team providing first-line support (L1 Team) to all the users in the region. This role primarily involves offering technical assistance with Azure infrastructure and cloud-related services and addressing any end user IT incidents and service requests. Additionally, the executive will collaborate with the Azure & Cloud Infrastructure leads and supports the L2 engineers to ensure that cloud infrastructure environment is maintained minimising downtime for the business. This dual responsibility ensures that users receive timely support while maintaining a robust and reliable cloud infrastructure for the business.
