Freight Operations Supervisor

The Freight Operations Supervisor ensures smooth daily operations by managing freight processes, coordinating vessel loading/unloading, and supporting the Freight Operations Manager. They ensure accurate customs clearances and bookings, handle discrepancies, and provide updates on service changes. The role includes managing hazardous cargo using Hazcheck, maintaining compliance with safety standards, monitoring systems like CCTV, and compiling the "voyage envelope" per MCA and company standards. They also assist passengers with reduced mobility, maintain records, and generate reports to monitor service quality and performance.
