Commercial Property Manager

Broadlands Commercial are looking to recruit a commercial property manager to join its estates team. The property manager will work closely with the head of property management in managing the company’s diverse property portfolio. The primary objective is to ensure the smooth running of the property portfolio whilst providing the very best service to both occupiers and stakeholders.

The role will see you coordinate planned maintenance tasks, undertake property inspections, and liaise with clients, tenants, and approved contractors on a regular basis.
