We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented People Administrator to join our People and Culture (P&C) team undertaking with a variety of administrative tasks and HR systems support. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised individual with advanced IT literacy, preferably with previous experience of working with HR systems and payroll. With a strong commitment to confidentiality, and a genuine passion for supporting employees and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Provide general administrative support to the People and Culture team
• Provide cover for payroll input and HR system maintenance
• Support the P&C team in organising employee benefits, recruitment, payroll, and other HR-related paperwork
• Familiarity with HR and payroll software is an advantage
• A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
