The Jersey Opera House is a dynamic theatre dedicated to delivering exceptional performances and supporting both emerging and established talent. We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team.
The Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the theatreā€™s front of house, customer facing areas, ensuring the highest standards of audience experience and staff welfare. This role overseas the implementation of all theatre policies, including health and safety, and plays a key part in the day-to-day and strategic operations of the venue.
