The Public Employees Pension Fund (PEPF) and Jersey Teachersā€™ Superannuation Fund (JTSF) wish to appoint a Company Secretary to support the governance arrangements of the two schemes.
The PEPF and JTSF are large defined benefit schemes providing pension and death benefits for current and former public sector workers and teachers in Jersey. They have total assets of circa Ā£4bn and a combined membership of more than 23,000.
The Company Secretary will be appointed for an initial term of 5 years from 1st July 2025, with the option to extend the appointment after the initial term.
