We specialize in the design, manufacturing and fitting of windows, doors and curtain walls for residential and commercial properties in Jersey.
We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join our team.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Liaising with the design, workshop and fitting teams ensuring timelines and tasks are in place and met
- Attending client meetings on site and off site
- Co-ordinating all relevant site disciplines
- Correct requisitioning of materials and overseeing the procurement process
- Managing plant and materials
- Contract administration
- Monitoring and reporting on budgets and cash flow
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Core skills required
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Driving Licence
