Complex Needs Support Worker

LV Community are looking for a Complex Needs Support Worker, to join the team on a Zero-Hour basis, to be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- To work as part of a care team, developing an effective means of communication between members of your team & colleagues
- Promoting & Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users
- Teaching life skills, such as shopping, using public transport & paying bills
- Contribute to enhancing the leisure & social life of Service Users by encouraging & supporting development of personal skills through hobbies & interests
