Role summary

To provide a high standard of employee lifecycle and operations administrative support across the Crown Dependencies (“CDs”) working closely with all levels within the business to ensure quality service is delivered by the People Team in a timely manner. Act as second reviewer for quality purposes and drive forward improvements within the People team. ?

Responsibilities:
General HR

General HR activities include actively monitor HR mailboxes/ticketing system and action requests in line with SLAs
Support team with L&D tasks and global initiatives
Take an active role in local projects and managing the lifecycle of appropriate projects delegated by management
