This new position of help desk coordinator has a broad role, generally it includes monitoring and analyzing the current system of services and productivity to check its effectiveness, and working out a strategy for improving. By managing day-to-day activities,
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and M&E Operations Manager, incorporates liaising with other team members, presenting findings to the managing director as well as training and supervision new employees and tracking and measure staff performance.
The candidate must have excellent communication and relationship skills.
